It went very well. Rick was there at the time promised and completed the work as quickly as possible. He also gave me plenty of tips to help me maintain my spa by myself and keep the water in balance.

Rick was right on time. I had asked him to check out my spa because it had been sitting empty for a couple of years. He said there would be NO CHARGE to check things out. He spent at least 1/2 hour checking out the hoses, the controls, etc.. He told me everything was good to go (which was true), and he was not going to charge me a dime. I asked him to add a few chemicals and help me clean it out a bit so there would be SOMETHING for which to charge me! He agreed, spent more time, asked me for $30. Extremely reasonable. Honest, punctual and pleasant. If he had been any nicer or more fair, he would have paid ME to come over. If and when things go wrong with my spa, I will call him and use his service again. I may use him to come over on a regular basis to service the spa. Very fair prices for this service.

My grandchildren were in town and planned a pool party at my home. Although I had used the heater a few weeks before, when I turned it on Sunday for the Tuesday party, it wouldn't work. Monday I started early, calling pool repair companies. (My previous repairman had retired.) I left messages with several, had two answering services tell me they would call right back, (they didn't). Then I reached Thornton. He said he would stop by before noon, he did. He diagnosed a faulty transformer and promised to visit a warehouse to see if he could find a replacement and fix it that day. He returned late afternoon with the part after visiting two different supply houses. He installed it successfully, cleaned the heater coils, and wished me a happy pool party. It was.

THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ARE VERY NICE. IF I CALL WITH AN EMERGENCY, THEY COME. I WOULDNT KEEP THEM IF THEY WERENT GREAT. I HAVENT COMPARED THEM TO OTHERS, BUT IM SURE THEY ARE COMPETITIVE.

RICK THORNTON'S POOL SERVICE IS WONDERFUL. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL AND ALWAYS SHOWED UP WHEN PROMISED. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THERE WORK WAS DONE.

RICK'S SERVICE IS EXCELLENT. WHEN I CALL WITH QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS, HE GETS BACK TO ME WITHIN 24 HOURS.

DOES A GREAT JOB KEEPING OUR POOL CLEAN. ALSO KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT SERVICING POOL EQUIPMENT. VERY ACCOMMODATING AND WILLING TO COME OUT IN EMERGENT SITUATIONS.
