He took his own time to show the renters by pouring a little water on the floor and seeing the water bead. The renters were convinced. He also advised the renters on how to care for wood flooring. It was so impressive how Robert took his own personal time to help me out over the concerns of the renters when he didn't even do the flooring! I definitely commend and recommend Robert on his professionalism and knowledge about flooring. He didn't have to help me out like this; to go way beyond to explain to me as the home owner that what I had done for the floors were right and that he offered to talk to the renters is impressive!

Fabulous! Robert was very prompt, very informative and very on top of everything along the way. He even called us to offer a better flooring he had found that would match better to our other floors and it turned out to be perfect. The work was done as scheduled, and they were neat, clean, fast....and we LOVE our closet flooring.

After previewing my Bixby Knolls kitchen with its 1980s solarium vinyl flooring, he impressed me when he clearly explained the process of installing a new vinyl floor, shared the years of experience his group had in installing vinyl flooring, and offered good advice and options, such as base board options. Robert and his Father, Roberto, did an outstanding job on my floor.
They were very professional from beginning to end.
I wanted to remove carpet and install laminate flooring in my dining room area,
which was 100 sq ft. Robert gave me an estimate which I felt was a very
honest one given the scope of work, as opposed to everyone else that
wanted an outrageous amount of money for a small job (1/3 the cost). I
had already purchased the laminate flooring and only needed the
underlayment and carpet end piece for the transition. Robert was very
helpful in making the best choices and provided those. Also, I decided
not to remove the old base boards (I could just see big chunks of
plaster coming off creating another project) so Robert suggested using
1/4and quot; round and ran to Home Depot (he only charged me cost).
Robert called to tell me they were running a bit late, which was fine and he,
his Father and Grandfather showed up at the new agreed time and worked
straight for 6 hours. They cleaned as they went and helped me move my
dining room table back in place. My new laminate floor looked fantastic!
The next day, I noticed one of the boards was not flush (the short side)
and I could tell it was because the sub floor underneath was warped. Robert
immediately called me back and scheduled a time to fix it. Robert
called me again to reschedule, working around my availability, and
showed up as promised and quickly fixed the board.
Robert and his Father, Roberto, did an outstanding job on my floor. They were very professional from beginning to end.
In fact, my neighbor ended up using Robert and Roberto and were also thrilled!

Robert (Owner) came out to our house to provide a free in-home estimate. He showed up on time and was really professional. Robert understood this was a big investment for us and he strived to provide a positive shopping experience. He brought to our house a good variety of Carpet and Hardwood samples and educated us on the type of carpet and hardwood we were selecting. His flooring options are of greater value than those of the big-box stores. His pricing for materials and installation was straightforward. The installers were very professional and had many years of experience. I think it is important to note that their installations is performed by "professional" flooring installers (and not handymen). If your going for value this is the provider to go with.
