Mitch was easy to work with, explained what was needing to be done and how to access the data from the external hard drive.

We called and Mitch was able to fit us in the same afternoon. He set up the entire computer - two monitors, speakers, interface cables, etc. He was professional, kind, fast, and thorough.

I had networking issues again! And I called pC Help? Professionals and they sent someone out that was very smart and on top of IT. He spent about an hour setting up my local area network and I couldn't be happier. My printer works wirelessly now! I will definitely use again.

Called PC Help and he was able to make an appointment that day. He described what was needed over the phone so there were no surprises when he showed up. He was polite and extremely efficient. All is well with my new network.
