I FELT LIKE THEY WERE WORKING FROM THEIR LIVING ROOM. IT TOOK AN EXORBITANT AMOUNT OF TIME TO SELECT THE SPECIFIC TYPE OF WINDOWS AND ORDER THE WINDOWS. I HAD QUEEN ANNE WINDOWS SO THEY HAVE A TRIM AND STUFF. THE WOMAN I TALKED TO, THE OWNER, TAUGHT ME THE BLASTED BUSINESS SO I FELT LIKE SHE WAS NOT TRYING TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ME.
