It has now been 13 months since they first broke ground on this neighbor's house, and it is not finished yet.  Many times they have completely blocked access on the street between the large construction and cement vehicles and the workers trucks.  A number of times I have had to force them to move some of their trucks so that I could leave my property to go to work.  Nearly every day their trucks are partically blocking driveways for my house and other neighbors.  Many times I have found the site managers car parked across the end of my driveway.  They make excessive noise outside of posted construction hours.  A lot of trash, dirt, and other construction debris is left in the street and is not cleaned up, and winds up blowing into other neighbors yards.  Based on my observations, I would never contract with this company for any home construction or remodeling.  If you care at all about your neighborhood good will, I advise you to stay away from this company.
