When I bought the car, they were in the process of rebuilding the dealership and re-modernizing it. That was a couple of years ago, and they have never finished. The service center was terrible. The facility was terrible. The wait time was terrible. They decided I was outside of the area for them to give me a ride home. I gave up on them. 

They had their act together on sales, but didn't have their act together on service. The service was poor. 

I would go there again, if I checked the pricing out.

i made an appointment for a basic oil change for a toyota 4 runner. they told me it was time to rotate my tires. i asked them not to as i had just replaced 2 tires within the month. the service manager said they were in the wrong place. i asked that the tires be left in the were as i trusted the garage where i bought them. two hours later the service manager told me that the water pump was leaking and needed to be replaced, it would be 6 hours at a cost of $1,200. i declined to have it done. Was told i should not drive the car with the leak. They also rotated my tires after i asked them not to. I took the car to another mechanic shop. There is no water pump leak. I feel that i was intentionally deceived as well as charged for a service i did not want.

Went in for a major tune up and didn't have an appt but since I was in before the service dept the Service Advisor told me my car wouldn't take long, he quote two hours after they opened and it was done in an hour and 15 min.  All service explained up front and when the inevitable list came back of what more I should do a quick not now was no problem.  I do  like knowing what they think I should do within the next half year so that it in my mind and I can look for a coupon.  Actually, he gave me a coupon without me even having possession of it.  Wonderful service by my Service Advisor.

Everything went well, I called ahead and asked the sales person to have the car we were buying ready, as my wife and I would be with a small child. When we got there we finalized pricing and were out in about 2 hours total. Very happy, got a great price and wonderful experience.

They are very good. Oscar makes them good. We like the way he treats us.

I get an appointment when I need it, they do what needs to get done, and they do it well. They wash and wax the car every time I come there. They are clean and professional. It's a beautiful thing.

I have a new phone and was having trouble pairing it to my Prius. Sprint refused to help me so I took it to Manhattan Beach Toyota and Juan Hernandez, Service Manager, jumped into my car right away and set it up.... no hesitation and sweet at can be. A couple years ago I picked up my car after being serviced and drove to Burbank. After turning the car off, I realized I forgot to get my keys from the dealership, so Ken in the Service Department graciously sent a man to deliver the keys to me - 32 miles each way - no charge! They have always been terrific.

They do a pretty good job. I have been going there for a long time and they do good work and service. They are very professional.

It is really good. They gave me 7 years of free car washes when I bought the car. They are really nice and very helpful. I had a computer pre-arrangement before I went in and they honored that for the price that had been negotiated, which was pretty cool. I thought if I went in I would get a better deal. The deal that I made over the internet was a better deal. The only other thing is that when I do go in for a service, they take a long time. I went in for a 15,000 mile service and it took them between 2 1/2-3 hours. I went in for an oil change and it took 1 1/2 hours; it was just bizarre. Luckily there is a department store next door where I can hang out. I've never seen a dealership that takes so long. I'm hope they do a more thorough job but I don't know. They do get backed up. I don't care because they do a good job. They were very good about calling me back when I had questions. They tell me how long it will take and they don't beat around the bush.

Shysters - I will not return. Too bad, because they are friendly but I need an honest mechanic. They told me I needed to replace my water pump and that I had a transmission fluid leak and needed to replace the gasket - all for about $1200. Lots of frowns and fake concern. Since I watched and did not see or smell any leakage of either fluid in my driveway, I took it to an independent dealer. The independent dealer crawled under my car very carefully with a flashlight, showed me what he was looking at, and said I didn't need any work done at all. The independent dealer has won my future business forever!

Their service is quick. The gentleman doing the work was very helpful as far as options go. They are very easy to deal with. We will continue to work with them in the future.

At the time the engine was replaced, the fan belt was not replaced and 3 weeks later the car stopped in the middle of traffic due to loss of compression. We took it back to them and was again quoted an overly inflated quote for repairing this. Subsequently, we found out it should have been replaced when the engine was replaced and after much haggling, it was fixed without charge. We will never under any circumstances go back to them and I have told everyone I know not to go to them. As part of the process I discovered that they charge about twice as much to repair as any other Toyota repair shop charges to repair similar items.

This is a large dealership with a large service department. The service department is excellent and does great quality work; however, the wait can be unnecessarily long because of the way that the place is organized. You check in outside and you are sent inside to the service department waiting room. There used to be a cashier there who would watch for your completed work order and call you over right away. This has been moved to the outside booths, where the workers are overwhelmed and do not have time to run back and forth efficiently to let customers know when their cars are ready. You end up having to walk back and forth to check and having to wait when your car is already done. It would be much more efficient if they had the dedicated cashier again.

THIS WAS THE TYPICAL EXPERIENCE WITH A BIG CAR DEALER WITH CAR SERVICE ON THE SAME PREMISES. I WAS ABLE TO GET THE SERVICE PROVIDED, BUT IT WAS DIFFICULT TO GET THE WORKERS TO LISTEN, AS THEY WERE INUNDATED WITH CUSTOMERS REQUESTS.
