WORK DONE IN A PREFESSIONAL MANNER AND COMPLETED ALL MATTERS IN A TIMELY AND REASONABLE MANNER. THE PEOPLE THAT NEEDED THE WORK MAY NOT HAVE RESPPONDED TIMELY BUT THE ENGINEERS HANDLED ALL MATTERS PROFESSIONALLY.
