 + -1 moreThe store was a zoo on a Saturday (well, it's always a zoo), and there were no salespeople available to answer our questions. But Fry's had the best price on the model we were shopping for, so it was worth the long wait in the checkout lane and then having to drag the beast to our car without any help.

 + -1 moreI THINK IT WAS A CHALLENGE TO GET THEM TO UNDERSTAND WHAT REALLY NEEDED TO BE DONE, EVEN THOUGH IT WAS UNDER THE WARRANTY. IT WAS JUST MAKING SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS RECOVERED THAT NEEDED TO BE RECOVERED.
Description of Work: IT WAS UNDER WARRANTY. IT WAS A HARD DRIVE RESTORATION.
