Everything went very smoothly. Our original plans changed dramatically over the course of the construction but Nick and all of his sub contractor were able to make all of the changes and they finished 6 days ahead of schedule. The total cost of the job ended up costing more than we originally budgeted, but that was because we upgraded our bathroom fixtures and decided on granite countertops in all of the bathrooms rather than tile. Nick tried to suggest ways to help us on the costs as much as possible and he passed along to us all of the discounts he received from his vendors.
