We had used All City Termite on and off for the past 5 years, the last and final time we were completely blindsided by an inspection fee which had never been disclosed up front and had never been charged in all the years before. All of a sudden All City Termite wants to charge a $300 fee to provide us with a quote for termite treatment? Threatening us with a lien, if we don’t pay $300 for providing a termite quote? Most termite companies provide free quotes, but we have no problem paying a fee. But Only if those fees are disclosed upfront. UNPROFESSIONAL.

It went great. Everything was on schedule. They did a great job and there prices were very reasonable. They were way cheaper than Orkin.

They were pretty responsive. They had our stuff on file. If there was any problem, a guy that I had quite a bit of confidence in would come out and look at it. The experience was positive. The people that came to the house to do the work were very informative and polite. The inspector was a smart guy.
