She quoted that it would take 6 hours. It actually took her 31 hours. Everything she has done has had to be re-done. She installed a backsplash upside down. She destroyed my upstairs bathroom vanity. She chipped my brand new sinks. She brought in a helper but I found she only has a sole-proprieters license, so she was not legally allowed to bring in another person. She claims to know how to do things that she actually doesn't. She quoted me $50 per hour for 6 hours. I then received a bill for $1500 (30 hours at $50/hour).
