+ -1 moreIt took 9 months and 4 public meetings to get approvals. Kelly took 3 months to build. Kelly runs a skilled crew with deep resources, he knows how to get things done right, we never had a re-work due to an inspection. We had some issues with the drawings (security doors with outside hinges etc.) which Kelly fixed no-charge. We have made a few changes during construction none of which required a change in cost. We are very pleased with his work and would recommend him without hesitation.
Description of Work: Built a detached 1 car garage and shop.
