I am going to give their advice a try, meanwhile I am confident that if I have any further issues Mr Appliance of Malibu will respond quickly and promptly. They have already given me a quote should I need extended services, but I really can't say enough how much I appreciated their honesty in advising me to try and fix it on my own first.

Company came out and serviced a freezer at a rental unit. They diagnosed it as requiring a new gasket. About 3 months have gone by and the initial problem has come back. I have called the company numerous times and no one even answers the phone. I was only once able to speak to an actual person who took my information as well as my tenant's information and they were supposed to call her directly to set up time for the repair. No one has contacted anyone. I've called many, many times since and have left multiple messages. No one answers, no one returns phone calls. I wish I'd paid with a credit card so I could charge the money back since they're clearly unwilling to correct the problem.
Update:
I had to have this issue corrected by another company. I feel as though I am entitled to have my money returned since no one from the company returned my repeated calls for a follow up service visit. I was ready to file small claims court action and took a chance again of calling before I did so. I spoke with Maria who was extremely unwilling to listen or work with me at all. She said all they could offer was to send a tech out which is pointless since the time for that would have been 2 months ago when I was constantly calling. She was extremely condescending and actually suggested that maybe I had been calling the wrong company despite the fact that I was calling the number right off their invoice and their voicemail says "Thank you for calling Mr. Appliance." Very frustrating situation.

It went very well. The installer was a few minutes early which was perfect once again, and was done before I could even offer him a glass of ice water. Our representative has been helpful and we will probably contact him again if we end up needing anything else for our home, or have a technical issue.

It went very well. He was punctual, professional, and did the job in a timely manner. He was also remarkably quiet and could not be heard from the living room, which was wonderful for my toddler son's sleep schedule.

We had had an issue with the relay board with our ovens. They replaced the relay board. There was a short in the wiring within 5 months, so they came and replaced it for free.

Avoid this company at all costs. They are crooks and unprofessional. They didn't not fix what they were supposed to and did not stand behind the work when called to make it right. Everything about this experience was wrong and a hassle. i am now in a dispute with the company over the bill which was for a larger amount than what was originally agreed to and signed for by me. They tried to extort hundreds of dollars more in repairs from me when called to fix problem after they didn't do job right in the first place. They actually made problem worse.
