Janette Frazier owns a house at 4374 Hillview Drive, Malibu, CA 90265. She is a licensed real estate agent (license #01894739) who operates under 2 or 3 company names: Malibu Property Management Inc., Malibu Property Rentals, Coldwell Banker. She sells real estate or rents or leases properties or manages properties. I was desperate to find an apartment in Malibu and made the mistake of moving into one of her 2 studio apartments at her house. She lives upstairs. The apartment cost $1000.00 per month plus $1000.00 deposit. She stole the deposit from me when I moved out in December of 2012. The apartment rent is double what I play now in Las Vegas. The "apartment" she rents is just a large room which she furnished with some used, broken furniture including a broken TV and other broken lamps, etc. I went through h*** in the apartment for four years. It stinks because the side room contains a sewer pump or sump which pollutes the air - you must light scented candles to breathe in the place because of the sewer smell. The plumbing was so bad and stopped up that I had to dump water from the bathroom and kitchen sink in a plastic bowl and dump it in the back yard. You freeze at night or bake when it's hot. Janette Frazier throws a fit if you turn on the heater. She does not believe in killing anything so you are expected to put up with bugs including spiders that will bite you every night when you go to bed. The apartment flooded with water in December 2012 for a week and Janette demanded that I pump water out for her because she didn't bother to call a plumber. Finally after I pumped water 24/7 with a vacuum pumper for a week she got a plumber or contracter to fix the leak. She verbally abused me - screamed at me a number of times as if I was her slave. She stole my $1000.00 deposit when I left - refused to return it. I got a lawyer and she sent me and the lawyer a fake contractor bill that claimed two men spent many hours at $50 or more an hour cleaning and fixing plumbing. She used the $1000 to upgrade the apartment, to improve it better than when I moved in. I told her she could keep $100 of the $1000 to pay a maid service to do some light cleaning in the bathroom, etc. It did not need any special cleaning. She kept the whole $1000 because she's greedy. Janette loves birds so she constantly feeds birds who dump bird feces, poop and feathers all over everything. If you want to be driven crazy and ripped off, move in with her as your landlord or landlady. The "kitchen" was a cheap ice box, sink, stove combo. Dr. Paul Dawson
