Piano Tuning
I called to make an appointment and was told that the service call would be $85. He was 20 minutes late for the appointment but called in advance to let us know he was running late, which I appreciated. When I received the invoice a few days later, they charged $100 instead of the price I was quoted. They claimed that it was because the call was longer than usual, and the normal cost would be $100/hour beyond 15-20 minutes. I feel disappointed that I was not told about the potential extra charge in advance and will probably not use them again.

Piano Tuning
David Anderson assessed the piano and only recommended work that needed to be done. He was there when he promised and returned as promised. It was a wonderful experience.
