Description of Work: Duane Bomar remodeled my second full bathroom upstairs and the powder room downstairs. To save money I designed the remodel myself and Duane really listened to my ideas and would advise me during the estimation period whether these ideas were possible and approximate cost. Once we settled on it he started promptly and finished on time. In he full bathroom upstairs there was tile work in the bath tub area, tile around the entire bathroom and a custom niche in the bathroom. He installed a new toilet and bathtub. The areas not tiled were painted and the existing vanity was painted as well. A new medicine cabinet was installed. In the powder room, a new toilet was installed and a new vanity and sink. A storage cabinet above the toilet was installed and the entire bathroom painted. I live in a mid-class neighborhood and it is important that I keep remodeling or updates within the budget of my neighborhood. Duane Bomar is excellent with assisting in selecting the appropriate finishes. We used stock tile, however the way it was tiled as well as the accent tile pieces selected make the upstairs bathroom look custom without the custom price. In addition, he also did some other work. He installed a sliding glass door in the place of an existing window.
