They've been pretty good, They only charge $99 for one clog. We have them out about every year just to clean the line out. They do a really good job from start to finish, We ask for the same person every time.

said it could not be cleaned out and said it would cost $1600. to repair. This has happened several times with them. I would refuse the additional repairs and then they would clean It out and it would be fine. It really feels like they try to get you to call with a reasonable $99. clean out fee, but they never just clean it out! They want to upsell unneeded work. Between my home, office and rentals, this is the 4th time this has happened! No more of this dishonest approach to business.

I spent a lot more than I expected ($85 from the last plumber I used for this got it done), mainly due to the additional charge for the second sink, and the pricey bio/enzyme drain cleaner he sold me to run down the sink each week.  Overall, he got the job done but it was an expensive event that I try to avoid by snaking the drain on my own now.  

Our neighbor has mentioned Mike Diamond advertising to fix
emergency backup. So we gave them a call.
For basic work they are ok. If you're in a pinch and you need someone right
away for a small job they work. They are over priced, work is not guaranteed,
and they really really try and up sell you on everything.
There is someone always on the phone and they did get someone out to the house
within 90 mins.
That's where it goes all down hill from there.
The guy arrives after explaining what we've done to troubleshoot he does a
quick look and tells us that we should spent $650 to fix how our pipes look. Ok
not too bad.
He goes to our clean out and spends 2 mins running about 5 feet of cable. We do
a quick check and it's draining but not really that well. He says that's all he
can do unless we pay more. Says it'll cost $200 to guarantee and $400 to flush
the system, and $2200 to really fix the issue by replacing the pipe. Felt sort
of dirty like talking to a used car salesman.
Of course as soon as he leaves that night the kitchen sink backs up again.
 We got our usual plumber to come the next morning. Fixed everything for
30% less with a 90 day guarantee.
Drains super quick now.
Will not call Mike Diamond again.

There are a lot of rooter services that will snake a drain for $99.  It's not a big deal.  This plumber dragged a metal wheeled snake cart over our dark wood which left marks and leaked . When he cleared the clog he merely popped a hole through it and retrieved the snake.  He made no effort to push and pull the snake to clear the pipe.  Everything the plumber touched under the sink was left with dirty hand marks.  I had to provide rags to mop up and clean up his mess.
This will be my last time calling this service.

It was not a pleasant experience.  There are better companies for this type of work on Angie's list.  I am glad I found one.

SCAM! NEVER AGAIN! They offer drain clearing for $99 but once they show up they relentlessly try to hit you up with a lot of additional services. If I did everything they recommended, it would have cost over $1000. For example, they claimed I needed a new pressure regulator because they said my water pressure was over 100 psi. I tested the pressure myself and it was only 65 psi; obviously they lied and why were they checking my water pressure anyway? SCAM! They also insisted that I pay for a $25 warranty, otherwise the work was not guaranteed.  They also tried to convince me that after clearing the drain, they needed to pressure wash the line for $500. SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! STAY AWAY!

Called Mike Diamond to replace a relief valve on water heater.  Their prices are outrageous for replacing a $15 valve.  The service technician made it sound so complicated and then brought out the pricing book.  Showed me the extremely high price to remove and re-install a valve.  They also charge $20 for insurance which the technician told me it was for workers compensation insurance.  You think the outrageous prices already had that built into their overhead.  Never use this company again

They were very good. I can call them any time. I haven't hesitated to call them. They were there when we needed them.
