They did a really good job on our bathrooms. I would highly recommend them. They are the ones who put my house back together when the tree fell on it. Then I had the gut a bathroom entirely and put it back together and then I had them do the second bathroom. I keep calling them back because they are prompt. The crew that they send out are very professional and they do excellent work. The work is ongoing and they just got the third bathroom done. They keep me updated on what is going on. I got my own granite, she told me to let her know when it was in, and they would install it for me. The reason why I called them when the tree fell on the house, is they specialize in disasters and we had disaster. The tree went through five places. I would call them back immediately if I had anymore work for them to do.

Renaissance General was terrible, unprofessional, not dependable, no timeliness. They told me I had to box up my stuff myself and move it, when other companies were offering to box it up for me. Damage was done after they did the job because of their negligence. Their timeliness was horrendous. They didn't come when they said they'd come. They left me in a hotel. My experience with them was one complete nightmare.

I THOUGHT THAT THE QUALITY OF THE WORK WAS GREAT. THEY ALWAYS SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRODUCTION MANAGER WAS OUTSTANDING. THIS TEAM WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL.

I AM GLAD THAT WE CHOSE THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY EVEN CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT.

I QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS AWESOME. THEY HAD IT INSTALLED WITHIN THE TIME LIMIT THAT THEY HAD SAID. WHEN THEY WERE DONE THEY MADE SURE NOT TO LEAVE ANY MESS LAYING AROUND.
