Praytor came exactly when he said he would. He did the job quickly, and helped by carrying out the heavy wet towel I had in the bathroom (very heavy). He gave advice on how not to have this event occur again. He charged what he said he would. I was very pleased with the experience. A good plumber is hard to find.
