Signed a contract 8/11/22 for a new pool/spa construction and as of today 6/12/23 the pool has not been completed. Sam Basila ignored ours messages/calls from 4/25/23-5/31/23 but continued to answer other calls including my friend who messaged him the same day we were trying to get a hold of him. On 5/31 after threatening legal action Sam Basila emailed us a schedule of time to complete the pool. As of today, they once again failed at meeting those dates and we have not heard from them. We completely regret going with them and if I had a time travel machine I would never have chosen them. I hear this company use to be really good- many years ago, too bad they have bad management now.

THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY. WE HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES SEVERAL TIMES. WE GET ALONG WITH THEM PRETTY GOOD. THE WORKERS ARE ALWAYS VERY NICE AND POLITE. THEY DO A NICE JOB CLEANING EACH TIME THEY COME.
