THIS GUY WAS ABLE TO FIGURE OUT THE PROBLEM RIGHT AWAY. HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT WOULD FIX THE PROBLEM AND DID IT. HE WAS A NICE AND COURTEOUS GUY WHO DID A VERY GOOD JOB.
