KELLNER & SON'S PROPERTIES

Hinkle was the seller's agent when my husband and I purchased a home on 10-31-14. He was extremely rude and unprofessional during the entire escrow period,   We had a home inspection and asked for repairs to be done.  When Hinkle was through YELLING at my real estate agent, he sent the repair requests to the out of state owners and they agreed. Turns out Hinkle HIMSELF did the repairs! We moved in and within 9 days our kitchen was flooded and we had no floor, cabinets or walls!  The result of an air gap "repair" the Hinkle did.The toilet that Hinkle "fixed" leaked like a sieve.  We asked for some lights to be repaired as well.  NONE of them work now! Hinkle actually forged a document as well, indicating that we waived our right to a final inspection!  We have the proof!! I kept Kellner informed of all of this and he told me to take a hike.  I filed with the BBB and Kellner is choosing to ignore them.  I will be filing a complaint with the Fresno Association of Realtors and with the State of California.  STAY AWAY!  RUN AWAY from this company and ANY of their real estate agents, especially, PAUL HINKLE!!
