Rogelio Fernandez was recommended to me by Bay Area Rental Advisors. While his base is in Madera he does a lot of work in the bay area. While Rogelio first language is Spanish,he does remarkably well in communicating in English. One thing, I really liked is he looked at the problem and considered what would work best. For example ,I had to do the tile soap dish in the tub. He showed me that the
dish was flat tile. Water would stay in it and would erode the porcelain. There is an odor to the porcelain when it is first sprayed on and it does take a few hours to go away. I heard alarming tales from others of how bad it is and how long the smell lasts. When I asked Rogelio about it he assured me it wasn't that bad and told me he puts Pina Colada perfume in it. He was right it wasn't as bad as I had heard but it did not smell like Pina Colada.
