Down Home Construction & Renovation

I only had a gentleman from Down Home Construction and Renovation here once and I would have him back. I'm glad he came. He's very personable and knowledgeable. I liked him enough even just with that one meeting that I took his business card and put it in my business card drawer. Those people that go in there are the only ones I would like to contact again. I do know he's a good electrician because I watched him when he did the work here. We talked about other things and he seemed to have some good ideas. He wasn't outrageous as far as he was charging. Majority of the people charge travel time and some of them are good enough to say if you can wait, they have a job to do there so they can do the job all at the same time. I said I'm no big hurry but I need to do these stuffs. He said he has a job coming up next week so he suggested he'll come Tuesday that way I won't pay any extra charge for him to come. That works for me. I really appreciate it. Most electricians charge you a lot and some of them live right here. He was very reasonable and that helped because he knew when he was coming and it would save me a little bit. He was very nice, called me back right away and when he came here, he was right on time. He did the work exactly how I requested it and it ended up looking good. I like him and I would like him back.

Called Shannon he was prompt, neat, and diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He also installed a toilet. From now on Down Home Construction is my go to guy for plumbing and just about anything else.

I have known Mr. Crouch for four years both as an individual
and as a contractor. He remodeled my
“great room”. He put in
recessed lighting and added air conditioning ducts. Since this particular room did not have space
above the ceiling for the recessed lighting, he had to make modifications to
fit the lighting. It looks beautiful, the lighting is perfect, and the room is
now a comfortable temperature.

He also ran PVC piping to my plants outside that my
sprinklers didn’t reach. My plants sure
appreciate his work too. Mr. Crouch has
also done many other small jobs for me, including plumbing, windows, doors, and
other jobs.

He is honest, on time, and works to your satisfaction. I will hire him anytime with full
confidence.
