After receiving several bids and procedure information I chose Delk because of price and felt there procedure was the most efficient. Great choice! they were able to extract the pests. It took my tenants to do their part as well but Delk was there when I needed them. Answered all of my questions and even checked the other side of my duplex just to ease their minds that they did not have them. They treated them with extreme heat for 3 days they followed up for me and also gave me a year warranty. Loved the service man Matt and the ladies in the office are all very nice and pleasing to deal with. This company is at the top of my list!

The work was completed as usual. They call the day before they come to notify me so that I can put the dog in the house.

We don't have any problems. If we see any bugs around we call them and they come out and take care of it. It's pretty easy.

They charge $69 per unit, per month. They are ready to extra things for me like if we get rats in the ceiling, they put baits up there for me, or if I get a particular bug or spider, they will come out any time at no extra charge. They will spray the yard.
