Evencio is a very nice, hardworking man. He does good with basic yard maintenance. He’s reasonably priced. I would recommend him to anybody. He speaks broken English but he’s good. I feel completely comfortable with him, he has complete access in and out of the house. He knows that I have a refrigerator I the garage and he knows that I keep water in there. He goes and gets himself a bottle of cold water and leaves a message saying that he had taken 1 bottle of water. When a man goes to all that effort, wouldn’t you trust him as well? What I like is that he’s very consistent. One time, we were cleaning out the house and we had a whole bunch of Styrofoam and boxes and trash. He and his crew came over and they took care of all of it for us. He’s the best man we’ve ever met. He’s number one on our list as far as consistency, on a regular basis that we’re working with. He’s dependable.
