Description of Work: We had ANK Quality Exteriors change all of the windows in our home. We also had the sliding doors in our family and master bed rooms changed to patio doors. On the patio doors, the openings in our family room and master bed room were not as large as needed for Anlin windows door products, and our contractor, Adrian Gutierrez, quickly found alternate matching door assemblies to install that fit the available openings, which did, however, have to be enlarged slightly. I was interested in patio doors that included side window/doors that are screened and can be opened for fresh air. I got exactly that, and I am very pleased with the whole thing. The Anlin vinyl framed windows are dual pane and manufactured in Fresno, Ca., and have several metallic coatings on the inside which do not allow most of the heat and UV to enter the home. The product performs as claimed, and we are enjoying that since it is supposed to be 106 today. I am very much a do-it-yourself person, and before Adrian's crew arrived I, with a lot of help from my son, changed over 3/4 of the plywood panels on my home, and gave it a nice pressure washing and paint job. I avoided the masking job on the windows that Adrian was going to change! Adrian and his crew worked with me on the dates so that I would be finished when they arrived to start the window and door job. This was a custom installation, with the windows installed inside of the trim and not over it, and each window had to have it's frame cut to fit. Adrian's crew did this with perfection, and the result is a perfect fit, that is finished with caulking. This is a very good look. I was present when all of the installation took place, and saw that Adrian's crew was professional, expert and performed excellent work. The installation, fit and finish on the whole project, of course including what I did, makes the home look very nice indeed. Adrian has followed up to make sure that all is finished and well, and it is.

Description of Work: We had asked for ANK to come out and give us an estimate for insulation in our attic. Adrian looked around and stated the biggest problem in our den was the old windows. My husband and I were entranced by his enthusiasm and confidence that this would solve our heat problem in the den. Unfortunately the windows are beautiful and have stopped the light from coming into the den, it just take care of the heat coming from our attic. We have had an additional contractor out to look at the attic and he stated our ceiling and attic are poorly insulated and what ever the temperature is outside that is what the temperature is in our attic and den. So therefore we are disappointed that we are still having the same issue as before, but if you are looking for excellent quality in windows this is the place to go.

 + -1 moreLittle did I know, many of which, were allowing water to seep into the walls and down to the floor. The owner came out to see what I had described to him. He said he would have someone come out to re-c*** the windows. I told him, my concern was about the damage the water had already caused to my home. He said he would go back to the office to check the paperwork, to see if it was still covered. After he left, I didn't hear back from him, so I called the number he called me from, it was his cell. I asked him what he found out. He said he hadn't heard back from his legal team. I said regardless of the legal status, don't you fell responsible for the damage to my home. Our phone line connection was perfect, yet he played the "Hello, hello, are you there," card. Turns out, the windows are covered but the poor installation was not. So in my opinion, he is a Crook, that left me, a man on social security, having to pay, to replace the damage "The Cancer," that his poor window installation, had given to my home. I had to replace the wall and flooring due to one window, and the flooring under another. Quality My A**..!

 + 1 moreThey do textured coating, vinyl windows, doors, garage doors, patio covers, lattice, patio enclosures, sunroof, dual pane windows and gutters. They are very good. It cost me about $14000 for their services. It was heavy duty paint. The owner was very professional and always on time. He didn't leave anything out as far as the quotes and stuff. If he did, he corrected them. I have had cheaper prices, but their price was fair.
Description of Work: ANK Quality Exteriors did exterior textured coating for me and I had them redo the patio lattice in my front yard about a month ago.

 + -1 moreYou would think in this economy companies would be jumping to offer bids for jobs - this company for some reason clearly didn't care enough to bother. For a job that was worth several thousand dollars, it would have behooved them to submit the bid. They offered decent customer service to start which got them through our front door, but very poor follow through in the end (well, NO follow through I should say). I am sorry to say I cannot even remotely recommend them.
Description of Work: Very friendly on the phone, slightly difficult to schedule with. Contractor came to home and measured for windows in a timely fashion. Said he would send a bid asap - haven't heard a thing. I called and spoke to someone and asked for a return call on Monday, it is now Friday, and I have still not received a response.
