Serrano Services Rooter and Drains

Sunday afternoon, toilet backed up into bathtub. Freddy was my 3rd call (recommended) by an Angie's List plumber I used previously, but who was out of the area @ the time). Indeed, he could come & snake the drain, but may not arrive until close to 5 pm. In fact, re arrived closer to 3pm (awesome). Set right to work. Lotsa roots, not an easy job. Persistent...snaked twice , with different size blades, tested w/running water & a couple of flushes. Punctual, well groomed, professional demeanor; thorough clean-up. Demonstrated confidence & pride in his skills. For 2 hrs work, on a Sunday, I braced myself for a whopper of a charge. The contents of my bathtub not withstanding, I was absolutely pleased. He does provide a DVD of "the problem", for those instances when an owner requires proof of the job. I would have him back in a New York minute. Good guy to call.
