Plumbing
He stayed here a short time and pretended to clear my drain. He said I needed hydro jetting or replacement of all my pipes. I tried to get a report from him to give to my HOA and he never responded. The HOA sent another plumber and they said Ruben did no work The next plumber cleared my drain and said I needed no extra work done. He said Ruben charged me $120 for nothing. I'm irate.
