Cindy did an outstanding job. She arrived on time and almost immediately understood what had to happen. Her most valuable service was acting as an advocate/liaison between me and AT&T. She knew what to ask for, and spent probably an hour on the phone with them navigating their bureaucracy. AT&T had to send someone out to make the final connection, but nobody would have known what the problem was without Cindy's expertise.

The service was great! I called on Monday morning, left a message, and my call was returned within a few hours. The message on the answering machine gave the installation prices. The telephone jack was installed on Tuesday morning. She answered all of my questions and was polite. I immediately felt comfortable with her and had pleasant conversation. Very professional, very courteous.

When I called they were able to schedule me at my earliest convenience. Cindy was wonderful. She installed the jacks (which involved crawling under the house), she was quick and clean and a lovely person.

THE AGENT WAS PROFESSIONAL HAD LOTS OF EXPERIENCE WITH THE PHONE CO. WORK WAS DONE IN A TIMELY MATTER. QUALITY OF WORK WAS GREAT. SHE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS WITH NO PROBLEM AT ALL.
