I was referred to Hot Water Solutions by my water heater company and boy, did they deliver!! Not only was Jorge professional, timely, and thorough, he treated me like he already knew me. I was able to reach him immediately and he worked with me over the phone first to see if he could troubleshoot the problem and save me some money. He was so patient and walked me through the steps several times to be sure. Once we realized there was a problem, he scheduled and appointment with me that same day, arrived on time, diagnosed the problem, and showed me what it was. He installed my new water heater the same day and stayed to ensure everything was in working order. Jorge was outstanding from beginning to end, and I will definitely refer everyone I know to Hot Water Solutions! Wonderful customer service!!!
