The owner (Jason) came out to view our property and do a termite inspection.  He discussed and pointed out the few areas where we had damage (both dry rot and termites).  He explained their repair service and options for fumigation (tenting vs orange oil).  He provide a detailed inspection report and quote.  Once we scheduled the work it went as planned: 1 day to repair the damaged house trim and fascia, provided instructions about removing all food and plants; and provided special storage bags for those food items which would be be left in the house.  On the day of tenting the crew was late.  They were stuck at the prior job with some unexpected complications causing them to be behind schedule.  The supervisor came to our house to let us know why the delay, and he did a quick walk-around to ensure they'd encounter no complications here.  The crew showed up a couple hours later and expertly tented the house as we watched.  We spent 2 nights in a hotel and the tent was removed by 8am of the 3rd day.  The house was in great shape - had been airated and ready for habitation.
