Craig gave good advice about the electrical state of the property and recommendations that I'll follow up on. He's detail oriented but often diverts from the focus of electrical work, so he needs to remember to stay in his lane of specialty. Good experience overall.

The inspection went well. Craig was very detailed with his comments about the electrical aspects and I found his critiques very valuable in providing greater detail than the home inspection did which is why you hire experts. He did comment a lot on things that are not in his scope of practice so that's something to watch for...great to get feedback but best to stay in your lane when it comes to an inspection as each license or regulated occupation has their own limitations on what they are allowed to comment on regarding property inspections. None the less, valuable information. He does not like to work on renovation projects. I rehired him this second time from the first inspection on a Lucerne house and if you have a big fixer upper or a renovation project, he's not interested in that level of work. Best to look elsewhere for fixer uppers, probably for turn key he'd be your guy.

Craig is very good. Takes a while to get him because he is busy! That's good! Not the cheapest, but the best.
