That being said, USA septic has been great. We have used them for all our septic needs for the past few years. They are always prompt, polite and fast, as well as knowledgable. Everyone that has been sent to our home has been wonderful.
December 2, 2014 we started the replacement process. USA Septic was on time and got started immediately. No one was dilly dallying, everyone was working and working hard. Even the boss. All the guys seemed to be cross trained and motivated to get the job done. They finished in a couple of days, due to waiting for the city inspection.
Our front yard is mostly dirt with a gravel circular drive. USA Septic warned me that they could not guarantee that the rock would be placed back exactly as it had been, of course because it had to be dug up to replace the septic system. Well, these guys are artists too because the gravel drive looks MUCH better than it did before they started work. And it is more even.
It has been a couple of months and everything is working great. USA Septic is easy to work with and professional. We have no complaints and highly recommend them!
