They were great and handled the job quickly. They were higher than other companies but I needed it done right away and they were about a half hour late but they said they had trouble finding the place. But overall, I'd definitely use them again.

Work mostly performed. Stove hood power not restored as noted in #6 of list of items to be performed.

"I AM SHOCKED THAT THIS IS YOUR WAY OF DEALING WITH A PROBLEM. YOU NEVER CALLED ME PERSONALLY TO EXPRESS THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS YOU HAVE MADE ABOUT MY COMPANY ON ANGIE'S LIST. YOUR PARTNER CALLED ME AND SAID THE STOVE HOOD (WHICH YOU TOLD ME WAS INTERMITTENT BEFORE WE BEGAN WORK) WAS STILL INTERMITTENT AND REQUESTED I RETURN TO FIND OUT WHY. I RETURNED THAT CALL IMMEDIATELY AND EXPLAINED I PERSONALLY WOULD BE IN THE AREA IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS AND WOULD CALL AND STOP BY TO FIX HOOD. MY 3 CALLS AND MESSAGES WERE NEVER RETURNED. I WAS NEVER GIVEN AN OPPORTUNITY TO FIX YOUR PROBLEM. YOUR NEXT COMPLAINT WAS THAT WE FINISHED THE WORK IN LESS TIME THAN I HAD THOUGHT, (DUE TO THE COMPETENCE, SKILL AND SPEED OF WHICH MY JOURNEYMAN TECHNICIANS REPAIRED THE 10 ITEMS ON YOUR LIST) YOU EVEN COMPLIMENTED MY TECHS. ESTIMATES ARE SUCH, AN ESTIMATE. WE DID NOT HAVE A TIME AND MATERIALS CONTRACT SO I STUCK TO MY ORIGINAL ESTIMATE. I AM TRULY SADDENED AT YOUR WAY OF RESOLVING THIS ISSUE, I AM STILL WILLING TO TROUBLESHOOT STOVE HOOD AS I HAVE STATED BEFORE. BEN SCHAFER"
