Update 2/18/2015: He stopped returning calls, and I presume he quit, which was very unprofessional. He didn't give me any reason. The last time we talked he patched up the roof, but it leaked again, so he didn't do a professional job, or he did it wrong. I couldn't reach him, He didn't return calls or texts, and just disappeared. He left some things unfinished. he left a door trimmed that needed trimmed, and never finished it. My job was too small for him because he said he works for others who will pay him thousands of dollars, and he didn't have time to do my job. Four hours in November, two hours in December, two hours in January. and in the end he didn't return calls. He just stopped communication. He shouldn't say he's going to do it, and not do it. He comes in and works for a couple of hours and says he has to leave. so at the end he didn't follow through. He didn't return calls, and all communication stopped from his end.
