About us
I do anything with regards to home construction and repairs. I can do small jobs from electrical repairs and plunbing leaks, to major kitchen and bathroom remodels. Lic. #613216. I charge $45.00 per hour. I've been told I work fairly fast. I will bid on or give estimate to work time and material. There is not very much to do with your house I don't fix or rebuild. I try to keep dust and dirt down to a minimum and clean-up after my work. I'm looking forward to working for you.

Rich is a true craftsman. He has an excellent crew, who do professional work. He stayed with the work until all of the little items were completely finished.
Rich was recommended by my realtor, who had used him before. My projects went on for several months, because I was traveling. Rich did not need my direction. He knew what needed to be done and it all got done. He is really easy to work with.
He installed the warming drawer under an existing oven that was set in brick. He cut the new hole in the brick, did the necessary electrical wiring and the job was perfect. The deck was a replacement on top of my garage. It is 25'x33'. We picked out TimberTech material and his crew did a perfect job of installing it, with all of the necessary trim and five glass panels to block the wind. He also designed and installed a new stairway up to the deck. He installed a new electric outlet on the deck.
