After getting a total of seven quotes for windows, we just had our Milgard windows installed by Los Osos glass and would just like to say it was a top rate installation. The workers, Brian and Cody, were fast, efficient, professional, polite and cleaned up over and above.  For the estimate, the owner, Jack, was patient and thorough, answering all of our nit-picking questions and guiding us at his store to do some glass comparisons, etc.  Although some of the other bids were close in price, and the sales skills convincing, we are happy with our choice.Thank you to Los Osos glass in Los Osos, CA.Jim and Pat Keeney

Jack, the owner, was great. He gave us good advice on choosing noise-minimizing windows for the front of our house, which looks onto a busy street, and actually steered us away from a more expensive product he could have sold us. His crew installed everything quickly and efficiently. The new door and windows look great and block the street noise very well.

I submitted my order for custom cut windows and they delivered on time at the price I was quoted.

Jack, the owner, came out himself to measure the windows. He emailed two options; one replacing the broken glass of the bedroom window and the other to install a completely new window. We chose the new window as our house is 40 plus years old and all windows need to be replaced.
Jack's work crew called before arrival. Both were excellent workers and cleaned up everything dealing with the installation. Due to the expense of the two windows we selected (top quality) we only had them do two windows knowing that we need others in the home done as well. When we financially can, we will call Los Osos Glass to have them continue their work.
Another thing I was impressed with is that the head worker did not have an invoice upon completion of the work and would not take the check for the job done. Instead of hearing from the office immediately I called two days later about payment. Jack drove by to pick up the check. This shows me they are very comfortable working with clients and not concerned about immediate payment.

Expierance was great. Los Osos Glass and Window will be our first choice if we ever require glass work to be done.

My first quote was from Home Depot and they wanted $3,000 for vinyl windows. They told me the darker the vinyl, the more expensive it gets. That just didn't make sense to me. The second quote was from a company in Morro Bay that kept bad mouthing other companies. I was so relieved when I talked to Los Osos Glass. They were so professional and helpful and their quote seemed reasonable. Two things that they did that were above and beyond. First, they were willing to go over to the condo without me being there which was a blessing since this is a vacation home and I didn't want to make a special trip just for that. Secondly, I wanted to make sure that my HOA was agreeable to the color of vinyl being installed so they mailed a sample to my HOA manager. Jack was so helpful and since I had done some research on the Internet, I had a lot of questions which he very kindly (and patiently) answered. The windows were installed on the date that we agreed upon and the job was done within a few hours, They were careful not to mess up my newly painted walls and they cleaned up after themselves. The vinyl windows are beautiful and have made a big difference on how the place looks. I will use them in the future. In fact, I have since hired them to re-screen some doors.

From the bid experience, to letting me know how the order was progressing, to scheduling and completing the installation Pat at Los Osos Glass was fantastic. McLain tiles loves the glass doors, LO Glass loves the precision that the tile work was completed as it made their job much easier. Positive experience all around!
