I shopped for a local business. When I talked with Jim (the owner and service provider, I liked his style immediately (service, philosophy, ethics, price, character, and product). He set up my installation date as soon as possible, since I was on summer break. What I didn't expect was how lucky I was to have chosen him. He treated each room with meticulous care, neat work, careful cleanup, and attention to detail. When he found thee nails left by roofers nailed partly into the roof, he removed them, caulked the three small holes and repaired the rioting, at no charge. I love the new lighting, and I am already planning a lighted reading nook next month...using Chet's, of course. It is such a relief to find a business and an owner like this.
