After the first meeting her office contacted me to advise when installation could be scheduled. They indicated that the installer, Julie, would be in contact with me. The called me again when they received all of the window treatments. The next day Julie called me to schedule the installation.
Julie arrived on time and could not have been nicer. She worked quickly and efficiently. She informed me on each product and instructed me on proper operation of the treatments. She discussed all warranty information and indicated that they would be available ASAP should there be a malfunction.
Julie also welcomed me to the area and provided me with a list of good places to visit. I would say that is a little bit above her job duties but it was great.
I couldn't be happier with the entire team. Well done "Blind Lady".

Everything went wonderfully. She was responsive, prompt for appointments, extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and offered options at different price points.

The fit and installation is perfect and we couldn't be more pleased.

From start to finish all went well. I have used the Blind Lady for years and always happy with service and product.

It took forever to get them, and several calls to arrange a time for them to come and measure the window.

Cindy and her office were on time with everything.

We like her and we have used her quite a bit in our home. She is responsive. The only thing that is hard for us is that she is 25-30 miles away and if a blind goes bad, and it has happened twice, we have to take the blind to her office for her to mail it off. It is guaranteed but there is a cost for mailing. They will pack it up and mail it and come and reinstall it. It is an inconvenience for us to have to take it to them. She doesn't charge for installation; it is just the cost of the blind. Their prices are the best of all of them in the area. We use them exclusively.

.Cindy Graefen, owner of The Blind Lady, came to our home with samples of the many products that she
represents and upon our selection of horizontal blinds took the measurements of the four windows
that needed an upgrade in window treatment. She was friendly and very professional and patient with us
as we made our selection. Upon notification that the blinds had come in the date scheduled for installation
gave us time to remove the blinds that were to be replaced. Julie, Cindy's sister, also very friendly, handles the
installation of blinds. She was prompt in arriving and swift but meticulous in doing the job and cleared
away all extraneous packaging that accompanied the blinds. We are very happy with our blinds and
have, in fact, ordered the same product for two additional windows. We are happy to recommend the
services provided by The Blind Lady.

We liked them. She was very efficient and brought her samples. We picked out what we wanted in just a few minutes. We did have to wait a while for the second part of our order, which was some blackout panels that were going to be velcroed to the windows, but the shades came very quickly. She sent her installation person and they did a great job. We were pleased.
