Superior quality work! Communication was excellent from beginning to end. When I asked a worker a question, Eric was already in contact with me. Workmen were consistently careful of the house, polite, and following in the quality work of Eric's standards. I really appreciated how Eric listened to my concerns about keeping true to the style of the mid century design. His wife too was always there when I had questions by phone or text. Really outstanding in all regards.

I spent considerable time narrowing down local roofers via reviews and whether or not they were roofing contractors.  I had probably eight different companies come out and give me estimates.  I narrowed it down to three different companies then looked at the thoroughness of their estimates, the timetable of their estimates, whether or not they were trying to upsell their services, whether or not they guaranteed their work, and the price of the work to be done.

The first thing he told me was not to let someone try to talk me into an entirely new roof.  He then pointed out the reason behind my leaks and detailed what he would do to fix them.  I was able to set up an appointment for him to come out (the threat of El Nino is keeping him busy), and he and his crew were right on time (which is something I highly value is business people).
Eric was on site for the project ......... both working on my roof as well as overseeing his crew.  He and his crew worked HARD the entire time they were at my home; doing the work, cleaning up after themselves, and doing detail work on my roof that was unexpected.  
Because I had done so much research, I expected a good experience with Eric and his crew, but it was actually better than I'd hoped!  They take immense pride in their work, and it showed.  I would certainly refer them (and I will) to anyone who needs roofing work to be done.

Bean's Roofing came out promptly and gave me a written proposal with two options: one to put shingles on over existing layer and one to remove existing roof and install new one. They discussed the pros and cons of each. They ordered the shingles and completed the installation in a very timely manner. Clean up was great. Very efficient, very knowledgeable, very pleasant and professional.

We were pleased with all aspects of the work. They showed up on time when they promised to be here, the work was completed in a timely manner, they cleaned up completely and they did some additional work for no charge. We couldn't have been any more pleased with our choice of Bean's Roofing.

We had to meet a deadline for our insurance company and owner was very accommodating as far as scheduling us in to meet the deadline. They were prompt and reliable. The owner was pleasant to deal with and explained our options clearly. Owner was here supervising and working for most of the time. Their price was extremely competitive and we are satisfied with the result. We have not gone through a rainy season yet, however, so do not know how they will respond if we should have a problem. They installed skylights which we purchased online ourselves, and saved us quite a bit over having a skylight installation company do it (we had an estimate from one.) We have had only one small problem, which has been that we wanted different diffusers for the solar tubes, and have contacted them several times since the job was completed, but have not gotten what was promised. They were so reasonably priced that overall the small problem has been worth dealing with.

Eric went to the house and provided a quote within a few days of me giving hm a call. We scheduled the project and they got there and completed it ahead of schedule. There were no hidden costs, I paid what was on the quote. I was very happy with the experience.

Everything went very well. They are obviously very experienced, and were prompt. We had gotten five estimates and theirs was the best one. They did a beautiful job and did the whole small house in just one day. We will definitely recommend them to all who ask about roofers.

The person who answered the phone was very friendly and cheerful. She contacted the repair person, I think the owner of the company, and called me back within an hour to say he could stop by on his way home from another job that same afternoon. He showed up right when they said he would. We went up on our roof together and he looked it all over carefully. (We just bought this old house a couple of years ago; it has a flat roof, and we had been warned we'd have to replace the whole roof eventually, so we asked him to evaluate all of it.) He was really friendly and very nice; we liked him instantly. He reassured us that the roof was in good shape and wouldn't need replacing for quite a few years. He told us what to watch for so we would know when it was getting close to that time. He encouraged us to just repair the part that was leaking and hold off on major expense for now. He was very knowledgeable and had clearly had lots of years of professional experience. He arranged for one of his workers to come and do the repair within 2 or 3 days and told us what to do if it rained in the meantime. The worker came on time and was done with the repair promptly. It didn't rain until about a month later. The leak was much less but some water still did come through. We called them back and they came promptly and fixed it. The leak is now completely fixed. They didn't charge anything for the second visit. They cleaned up everything completely.

A little hard to get a hold of because they are very busy. Once contact was made everything went smoothly and quickly from there. Old roof was completely removed and new roof on in less than one day. The crew was professional, organized and fast. Eric, the owner, was on site through out the whole process. After doing a bit of research on my own I opted for the 50 year composition shingle. The 50 year looks amazing and was worth the extra cost over the standard 30 year composition. I ended up using the Owens Corning True Definition Max shingles. I recommend them to anyone considering a new composition roof.

After Eric Bean came to our house to inspect and measure our roof, we had an estimate and starting date within 24 hours. He also gave us an estimate for replacing our rain gutters. During the week prior to our starting date, there was a 2-day rainstorm, which put his crew behind. They worked through the weekend on the job prior to ours so they could start on time. They arrived promptly at 7:30 each day. They were professional, consulting with us at each step, and finished on schedule in 2-1/2 days. This was about as good an experience as we could possibly have had with a contractor. I would recommend this company without reservation.

They were very prompt. Their working staff was friendly and the communication was great. I would probably use them again.

Owner Eric Bean and one employee arrived on time and commenced working right away. All the repairs were completed in one day as he had estimated and they left the roof and ground around the house cleaner than they had found it. (We'd had a rain storm sut the day before). Eric and his employee did a great job. We'd recommend them to anyone who wants a professional job done well and at a good price.

He did a real good job. I got him off Angie's List. His name was Eric Bean. He estimated $8000.00 and he came right in on $8000.00. He was done on time. They were in. They were clean. They did a very good job. He had some extra tiles that he left with me. They did a real good job of clean-up. They worked real good together. I would definitely recommend him. When I called him, he told me a time that he would be here and they came on that particular date and the time of day at about 7 o'clock in the morning. He said it would take a week or ten days, but I think it was a week, and he was finished the day that he said he would be finished. They were all very courteous and congenial workers. They all worked together as a team. They cleaned up and they were very professional about it. I would definitely recommend him. Their price was not the lowest. It was just a little bit lower than the other one. They did a good job. There were one or two spots that I had seen that I wouldn't do, but altogether they did a good job.

It was outstanding. I liked their price. They were here by 7 am completed it by 1 pm. My yard and everything was cleaner when they were finished. They were a little bit difficult to get hold of but once I got hold of them it was all smoother.

I highly recommend this roofing company. The bid I got for the job was excellent and I didn't get charged for any "extras" that weren't on the bid. I liked that Eric, the owner, was on the job site each day and he and his crew were fully committed to my roof until it was finished. They showed up and had my roof removed and installed and all the extra work done in 2 days. When the job was done, all the debris was removed and you couldn't tell they had been there. I'm very happy with my new roof.
