Great experience with Casey and the technician, Chris.  Casey worked around my schedule which was very uncertain.  Professional and personal.  They replaced an old opener and will look forward to having them replace the door at a future date.

These guys are great. I phoned them asking for a quote on doing a replacement for springs, cables, spools and bearings after having another company turn up for a tune up and telling me that the door was about to fall apart and needed to be fixed immediately to fix a safety issue for hundreds of dollars. The first B&B asked me were questions to determine whether I really needed to conduct the work! Once that was complete, they offered me a total price half that of the previous estimate I was given. They told me that they would do the work that day. They phoned back to confirm that they would be there within the hour. As promised, they turned up and did the work quickly and effectively.They determined that most of what I was told by another company as required was complete overkill. They tightened the spring rather than replace it, they determined the tension cables were still in good shape, etc. They had my door working perfectly when they left, and for 1/6 what they other company was looking to charge. Would definitely use them again.

The technician was on time, so courteous and polite, efficient, answered all my questions and also added the additional keypad which wasnt part of my original request.
His work was completed in a timely manner, and he left the area clean when he was done.  He thanked me for my business and gave me all the paperwork and explained the warranty on their labor.
I was pleased and would use their services again.

Just had a new garage door motor installed (plus new nylon rollers).  Installers were prompt, congenial, efficient, and did a few extras.  I now have a QUIET garage door.  Am *very* pleased with the service and highly recommend B&B to others.

Great! Got to our house in SLO house fast on a stormy day. Repaired quickly for the quoted price. Door better than brand new now. Really friendly and helpful repairman!

Casey is the owner. What a professional! Here's the story.
I'm selling our home and the inspection required that the garage door opener and all components were in working order. We had not used it for the past 10 years because my wife's art studio was in the garage.
I actually spoke with him when I called to set up the appointment, and he said he'd be out the next morning at 10:00 a.m. Fortunately I had 2 wks. to get it done so I was not worried about the time. By 4:00 p.m. he had not arrived. I received a call from him. He was mortified because one of his employees who was to fix it, did not show up due to illness and he did not know this. He couldn't have been nicer.
We set up another appointment for today. He arrived on time and got to work immediately. It took about 45 min. He gave me a discount due to the problem yesterday. Normally, the charges $85 for this service. I really was shocked. I have been dealing with lots of service people recently and found his response way above any expectation.
I highly recommend Casey.

The service was excellent. I was relieved to have someone who knew how to repair and not just replace the existing mechanism. I will definitely use Band B again should the need arise.

When my garage door failed to operate correctly, I phoned Casey, who responded very professionally, and promptly, within several hours of my call. A very pleasant person to deal with, he clearly explained the problem and gave a cost estimate which I thought was very reasonable. His final bill was exactly the cost estimate. His 'technician' did an excellent job of fixing the broken spring and installing a very good garage door opener that operates perfectly... Thank you, guy...!!! I called Casey on 7/09/2013 and explained what I needed done. He agreed to come the following day at a specified time. He arrived on time and proceeded to do the job. The job was completed within an hour including adjustments. The side rails and weather seals all worked flawlessly. The complete job was estimated at $120 and that was paid in full. I highly recommend Band B garage door services for any garage door problems. Casey knows what he is doing and his prices are very reasonable. He also has a pleasant demeanor.

Have used Band B Garage door repair many times over the years at several different homes. Each time he does great work at a fair price. Once we tried another Inc. that fixes garage doors-as we thought it was too far for Band B to drive to fix door-and we learned the hard way that Band B is by far the most squared away garage door company on the Central Coast.

Very happy with product, like that they are local and was pleased with my interaction with them. If I were doing it again, I would have bought a new motor too as it was a good packaged deal. The door is a beautiful color, sandstone, and really looks nice.

On Saturday June 30, 2012 the roll up garage door made contact with the top of my van while exiting the garage. The bottom panel was been severly bent and pulled off the rail. The roll up garage door could not be operated. I called Band B and made an appointment for 7PM that evening. Casey arrived at 7PM and analyzed the problem and proceeded to rectify it. He bent the panel back and adjusted the rail with the door back on the track. Casey tested it and appeared to be OK. I then asked him if he could shim the spring mechanism with a piece of 2X6 stock that was left out from the original intallation. He said he could do that on a subsequent visit and to pay him then. Albeit the original date had to been forstalled due to a heavy work load, his associate Jesse did come by on July 3, 2012 to fix the spring shim problem. He did so and checked all functions to working order. Originally a house call on weekends was to cost $100 not including the spring shiming. Casey charged me $75, which I consider exceptionally fair plus extra work was done at no additional charge. I would highly recommned Band B Garage Door Co. for any one who needs repairs on garage doors and possibly new installation. I for one have found a service provider that I would trust and use again in the future.
