They did not fully inspect the septic tank. On further discussions when I tried to explain to the man who contacted me where the inlet to the tank was he became insulting and argumentative. I know the tank was not fully inspected because when it was inspected by another company reporting outlet pipe failed. If the septic tank was fully inspected the company would have known where the inlet pipe was and that the outlet pipe was damaged.
