Absolute installed the original solar array seveal years ago. While installing a replacement roof during 2012 I added to the original installation.
Absolute solar again was my choce to do the work--Both projects were completed as planned within my personal estimate ( I am a professional Enginer) and the second project was as well managed as  the first.. I recommend Absolute Solar without reservation.

We had problems because they ordered the wrong part for us and now we are waiting and our solar is not connected. We are not producing solar because the part that they got in was wrong; so we are kind of in between. We are not super happy because of that.

They were very professional. He gave a written proposal that was very thorough and it showed the cost effectiveness of the solar panels if we decided to put them on. He had a good crew. We had a problem with a converter but it was a defective converter and not their fault. They ordered the part and will install it for free when it comes in. We got state rebates so it ended up being much more affordable. He was pretty responsive.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. All of the employees at Absolute are extremely friendly and customer-oriented. They filed all of my rebates for me and the quality of work was excellent.

Absolute provided amazing customer service. Greg, the owner, personally came to my house FOR FREE with three different quotations for possible solar systems for my home. While I looked over the proposals he checked to make sure my house was fit for solar. It really seemed like he had my own best interest in mind, not his own profits. The entire company seemed to realize this was a very large investment for me and were not pushy in the sales process at all. Once I decided to go with Absolute they installed the system within a week, and even completed all of the rebate paperwork for me. I literally did next to nothing other than write a check. I'm so glad I was able to do something for the environment that also helps me out financially. I'm going to go watch my electric meter spin backwards now while I count out the extra cash I'm saving....did I mention they were SIGNIFICANTLY less expensive than REC Solar and Solar City? Just an overall amazing experience, I can't say enough good things about this company. They are relatively new, but making a huge splash in the market.

Correctly installed panel, wired to battery pack. Reversed leads from battery pack to outlet so the appliance did not get the power needed to operate. Initially reported that the system was working. When called back to home to fix the problem, a totally unskilled worker was sent. This worker did not know how to trouble shoot the system, was not able to identify the problem and recommended a solution that would cost $400 more and not have fixed the problem. Company president was contacted concerning this employee and while he said he would investigate problem, he did not ever follow up. It remains to be seen whether the company will bill us for this service call.
