Hendershot & Sons Tile Installation

The tile work was nicely done, though not entirely finished. Travertine tile that I had sourced in a variety of sizes and a slightly complicated pattern covering shower stall, floor and walls of 42 sq ft bathroom. Contractor made good design suggestion for seat in shower, and good recommendation for different contractor for shower glass. Two week job ran one week longer, with some initial confusion about exactly how much longer would be necessary. Consideration was provided for hotel costs. When contacted about finish work (on insufficiently large openings to reinstall sockets and switches) preventing final inspection, appointments were twice made for the work; both no-shows by the contractor. More lately completely unresponsive to messages over several weeks by email, voicemail and text. Work is not done.
