Slow. I was quoted a price apparently that didn’t include materials. He showed up unprepared to do the work and had to get materials. That took hours when he said 30 minutes. The guy is scatter brained.

Very well . Leo was on time each day, always kept us up to date, very professional, tidy, excellent work in all areas. I'm already starting a new list of things I would like done in the near future.

He did a great job. It took him about 20 minutes to finish the work.

Fantastic. Erik and his crew did high-quality work. I've worked with home improvement contractors before on other houses and they are by far the best. Best of all, they were always polite, professional and fun to have around. My wife and small children were very comfortable with them working in our home as they were unobtrusive and always so positive. Costs were very reasonable. I look forward to working with them again.

This company was wonderful. Very reasonably priced, was able to work us into their hectic schedule and did great work. Was working with them from a distance and they were great on their communication and did a great job.

This last job was cleaning gutters. The other time was when we just moved here and we needed their help with a desk that lost the threads on the legs and it wouldn't stand after the long move it went through. They fixed our desk right up and put the other one upstairs together for us! Great company and the friendly and professional attitude!

Eric was great.  He showed up as promised, which was important because I was only in town for a few days.  A few of the jobs required him to come back the following day (paint drying, etc.).  He had some timing conflicts, but we worked it out and he finished up on time and as promised.  I don't remember exactly how much I paid him, but I do remember thinking it was quite fair.  I recommended him to all my friends immediately.  It's hard to find professional help who show up as promised, do great work, and charge a fair price.  Eric was one of those.  He also helped load a big piece of furniture into a van just to be helpful!

Eric asked very specific questions to make sure he did everything exactly the way I wanted it done.  He and his wife worked well as a team.  He hung a tapestry high above my stairs and put it exactly where and how I  wanted it.  I am very pleased with everything Eric did.

I have used Eric several time for various projects.  He is always punctual, fair and efficient..I like him very much and will continue to call him when necessary..

My husband has repeatedly tried to fix our sliding door, with a mixed level of success. Mr. Olson came out right away and had it fixed very quickly and cleanly. Would definitely use him again!

They knew exactly what to do without harming the desk and did only what was needed.

Very professional and always on time....or they will give you a call. very neat, accommodating and pleasant. I love these two they are so helpful.

He's great. He gave me one price when he put in the floor. He's honest. He does a great job. He is just a really nice guy. He's very patient and he comes up with better ways of doing things. He is just an all-around. I can ask him anything and he seems to know about it. His pricing is fair. I don't feel like he is overpricing, I think he is right in there. He is on time.

I was really unhappy with the results of the last work and I have not called him back again. I have a pole light in my front yard near the street and I had some tree trimmers, unfortunately a limb hit that and damaged it so I called Eric Olson to fix it and it required getting a new light. I had other work he was doing at the time. He wasn't here but his workers were and he came in the afternoon and was packing up and asked him what about my light because that was big for me and he said he forgot, so he got busy and started installing a new one. Well, he was rushed and he couldn't get it to work properly and he had to leave. It came on like it was supposed to that night and I was so happy that it did. On Thanksgiving weekend, on Friday night, we got our first good rainstorm and I woke up to a cold house because my heating unit had gone out and finally I wised up and checked the fuse. I saw that it had blown, so I put a new one in and that blew out, so I put another one in and that blew out too. Then I finally got smart enough to figure that it was the light that was blowing it and when I disabled it, my heating unit was fine. I was irritated, it was the holidays, so I didn't want to deal with it, so I waited until after the first of the year and I called him and he told me, if the problem was his fault, there will not be any charge. He came and he tried everything to make me believe that somehow, it had happened due to my fault, and then he ended up charging me $50, which I paid but I was angry about it because the problem was in the wiring. He never admitted that was it but that is where the problem was, water was getting in and that was shorting it out but he tried to tell me that I plugged it in upside down. He was giving me three different ways out stories and one of them was that the electrical wiring from the light out there to the house was inferior and it was plain illegal and I knew that was not true because my husband had the very best and he put it in. So he did not want to admit and take responsibility. I paid him and I made up my mind that I will not use him again because it is very important to me that the business that I use, that if there is a mistake, they take responsibility for it. I expect them to admit it, fix it, and not beat around trying to put the blame on somebody else. I had him do several different projects and I was very happy with him but this last one is what soured it. His prices are good.

Eric was great, It was nice to find a contractor with actual integrity. He arrived on time, did quality work and didn't me asking questions. It took him all day and stayed until it was done. Would definitely hire Eric again

Eric returned my initial call the same day. He had his nephew(?) Ben come at our convience. Ben and Chelsey came right on time and really listened to what we needed.
Ben returned and put up the fan (which was quite complicated) and took down a light so we could paint it. Erick and he came back a few days later to do the electrical work.
They did a great job! Every one was very professional.
We will use them again, for sure
