The owner, Ted, is rude to myself, my wife and everyone he comes in contact with.
Rented for a year and then they required a raise in the rent for no reason.
The terms of the rental agreement are egregiousness. Including clauses which waive their liability for unlivable conditions. Automatic renewal, and unspecified monthly rent. Read carefully.
Normal Repairs of the property were taken lightly and used the cheapest method possible to resolve important issues.
Overall the company is cheap and will not look out for your interests.
