They did brush out the pipe to the wood stove, they did not thoroughly check the stove, they DID dump all the a**** on the side of the driveway.... They did get some ash in the house...
So not impressed.
Yes I complained to the company. After many calls etc. I got a credit and had to find a new provider.

Chimney Sweeping
Over the phone I was told that it would cost $99 to clean both the chimneys. When Aaron was finished with his work he said it was $198 for two chimneys, & the guy giving the estimates over the phone doesn't really know how the billing works! Then Aaron explained how I needed several hundred dollars of additional work at different points in the chimneys. When I didn't go for it, he said that I should call him back for a better price if I was going to get more estimates for the work. He would give me a better price then!
