Serrano'S Expert Tree Services, Inc.

We employed Serrano's to remove an extremely large branch from our maple tree which was growing over our main bedroom of our home, and also to prune 2 Japanese Maples whose branches were growing into the shingles of our home. We called them to make an appointment. The representative came and looked over the trees and quoted us a price. He said the work crew would be at our home on Friday 11/22/13 between the 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. At 8:10 a.m. on 11/22/13, Mario and a crew of workers from Serrano's arrived to do the job. My husband and I were very impressed as to their total commitment to the job, as each member of the crew went into position to perform their individual and group jobs in unison.Each member of this crew knew exactly what each individual member was expected to do and their interaction was so exact that in a matter of 20 minutes they had the hugh limb, cut down in lengths of about 16 inches and a length of 50 or more feet, cut down in lengths of about 5-6 feet each, which enabled them to bring each piece to their grinding machine in front of my home. The rest of the crew went to work on the remaining 2 Japanese Maples to cut down the many limbs which were threatening to uplift the shingles on the roof.This task again, was completed in approximately 1/2 hour. The trees were shaped beautifully. The crew raked and then blew all of the leaves which were on the ground. Some leaves dropped from from the work being done, and many leaves dropped as a result of the wind that had blown the day and night before. When they had completed their job, my back yard, side yard, and front yard were immaculate. The crew was very well mannered and left my yard totally clean. I will hire them again when I need tree service.
