They have been excellent, excellent customer service, very honest feed back and advice they know what they are doing.

There price was far better then the competition. They cut per request and cleaned up very well.

I wasn't at home for either the bid, or when the work was done. I was nervous about the trees being trimmed based only upon telephone communications, but they did a great job at following instructions. They wanted to top the trees, and I have issues with that, but they didn't do it, and I received a price break. Their pricing was fair, and they removed all debris and litter.

They do a good job. They have been consistent. The price is right and they come every week.

They were also very good. They just came and did what they said they were going to do. They did the complete job very well. I don't have any complaints about them. I liked them.

We had some diseased trees in our backyard that needed to be removed, and some rodent infested bushes that needed to be trimmed. Serrano's Tree Service had been referred to us by several friends and neighbours who use them from tree removal and regular pruning. I was very impressed and pleased by the quality of their work, professionalism, clean up, punctuality, and follow-up. I also appreciated the time that Chris Serrano spent me with explaining the process. I've since hired them to landscape our entire property.

They did a wonderful job and they knew what they were doing. We told them what we wanted, how we wanted and they did it the same way. Their price was a bit higher than the other estimates.

Company was very responsive and was able to provide an estimate within a couple of days when I called. The estimate was good and they schedule the work shortly there after. There was also a large root that broke up my neighbors patio and my neighbors asked if they could cut it. Chris assessed the risk to the tree and concluded the tree would be okay. A crew of workers arrived early in the morning and went right to work. They worked hard, and after a day and a half, the tree looked great. They trimmed up the tree and shaped it nicely. All branches were picked up and the yard was left neat.

Serrano's did a fine job and cleaned up afterwards. I called them because I've hired them several times years before and have always been pleased with their work.
